#GoPlankYourself is a movement I have activated to help others strengthen their core. Why planking? Planking is something that can be done daily and in relatively little time out of the day. Planking takes discipline. But with a daily dose of discipline and the correct form results are seen sooner than one could imagine.
The discipline used in the continuous habit of planking allows one to realize you can do anything for a minute…but you have to start!
